This internal order tracking tool lets our customers review the status of their order within our VendorNation borders at anytime they like.
There four stages of fulfillment;
- Requested : when our team has been alerted that a delivery is needed.
- In Progress : when our team is preparing your package for delivery.
- Shipped : when your package has been delivered to the US postal service for shipment.
and then there is one additional status setting;
- Problem : where we have an issue with the customers' billing or delivery information.
In these cases, a VendorNation representative will be in contact with you via email, or phone, in order to verify the details of the customers' order.
Important Note: VendorNation ships around the world, exclusively, with the United States Postal Service. We do not provide tracking services beyond our VendorNation borders.
